Job Description
Currently, the office consists of four employees distributed in Växjö and Sundsvall. The position is based in Växjö with the possibility of some remote work. Koja Group now wants to expand the team with a salesperson, and you have the chance to be part of a tight-knit team, with high and long-term ambitions!
In this role, as technical sales manager, you will initially give quotes to existing customers, learn about the products, processes, and the market. Over time, your responsibilities will expand with more challenging projects and more client interacting. You will combine nurture and further develop existing collaborations. An entrepreneurial approach is preferred.
At your disposal, to be successful in this role, you will have access to experienced sales managers at the Växjö office, as well as technical support at the headquarters in Tampere, Finland.

Qualifications
To succeed and thrive in the role, we believe you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are a fearless initiator. You are responsive and driven to create solutions that benefit clients.
We value your personal qualities highly, but for this role, you will need the following: A technical education and great interest and understanding in the field.
Driver’s license is required as travel occurs within the job.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken – at the company we use English.
