About the position
Join our Nordic Region Sales team. An exciting opportunity where you are an important part of maintaining customer relations and delivering high level service. As part of our competent Nordic team, the Sales Engineer is responsible for solution selling and servicing accounts while growing and sustaining assigned customers and territories.
You will continuously take part in growing our business, sales area and ensure customer service and technical support. Regular visits to customers is an exciting and crucial part in maintaining and developing future relations.
This position can be placed in eitherSweden or Norway.
Tasks
• Grow our business and continuously look for new business opportunities.
• Consistently establish strong working relationships with the customer base to meet or exceed their expectations.
• Continuously develop the sales of additional products.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers by effectively fielding customer sales calls, establish positive working relationships and regular visits to customer facilities.
• Ongoing accurate sales forecasting and budgeting.
• Positively support new product/service introductions.
• Continuously provide technical support to customers.
• Prepare presentations on business results.
• Accurate and timely trip reporting including internal communication with management utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

About you
We are looking for someone who has:
• Post-secondary technical education in mechanical engineering or another relevant field
• Experience in industrial manufacturing
• Experience in sales
• Fluency in one of the Scandinavian language and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have:
• Experience in a related industry such as aluminum, foundry or metallurgy
• Experience in negotiating and managing framework agreements within the industry
You are independent and driven in your work. You thrive with a high level of freedom and personal responsibility. With your technical interest and sense for business, you provide service and problem-solving to our customers in an efficient manner. You can clearly communicate complex technical solutions and enjoy building strong relationships with a focus on professionalism and long-term commitment. We also expect that you are comfortable with traveling.
