In Lammhult, Sweden, we now have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Tyco Fire Suppression Division as our new Technical Sales Specialist.

What you will do
As our new Technical Sales Specialist, you will join our Inside Sales & Customer Service team, where your main responsibility will be to drive the sales to order process of our fire suppression products portfolio and services.
You will follow up on sales transactions and inquiries to effectively ensure that products are delivered to customer satisfaction and in accordance with agreed terms.
You will join our office and production site in Lammhult, and report to the Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager. How you will do it
Handle and follow up on sales enquiries to ensure correct product/brand selection for customers. You will use Salesforce to both create, update and follow up on project statuses and records.
Use customer data to accurately request Project Engineering support from Tech. department.
Function as the point-of-contact for customers, as well as communicate and coordinate with stakeholders such as customers and internal departments.
Use bill of materials to prepare quotas (via SAP or Excel) to your customers, taking into consideration standard pricing and discounts. You will also work with other software such as AutoCAD, MagiCAD, Revit and Solobri in this role.
Provide sales development support to our Outside Sales Team such as sales presentations and assist during exhibitions.
Assist in planning / quoting phase with hazard analyses and other special requirements on Pre-order site visits.

What we look for
Required
We imagine that you either have experience with sales of technical products or perhaps you are a Technician or Engineer looking to move into a sales role.
Excellent verbal and written command of English.
You possess a commercial and service oriented mindset with a feel for technical issues and attention to details.

Preferred
Ideally, you have experience working in the fire protection and/or construction and building services sector.
Knowledge of ERP/SAP and CRM/Salesforce systems.
