Technical Sales Specialist on EV Testing

About us
Scandinavia Haining Center is a general business promotion company founded in 2019. From 2022 we start to offer technical and business consultancy to our customers from the EV industry. Our demanding service includes pre-market research, road testing of pre-market models, PDI programs, component design and vehicle transportation within EU/EES domain. We are now looking for a technical marketing professional specializing in the automotive industry.
The position
In this role you will format and commercialize our existing service and program to meet the increasing expectations and requirements of our existing and potential OEM customers. Besides the general implementation of value proposition, you are also responsible for assisting our OEM customers with their sales pipeline tailored to attract the dealers and the end users of EV. In daily practice you will drive test cars of various models, together with our test engineers, to examine the performance of the car from different perspectives, e.g., cabin comfort, OTA system, ADAS system, BMS system. With the input from our engineers and customers, you will document those tests and transform them into promotional brochures. As part of the sales and marketing team, you will materialize our products and services on websites, social media, sales brochures, etc. You will also enhance our presence in the field of EV testing by constantly promoting and advertising online and offline. The job requires intensive car trips within the EU territory, and frequent business trips to Asia.
We expect that
1) You have more than 2 years of sales and marketing experience in advertising or retailer industry.
2) You have general knowledge of running a social medial channel or personal media essentials. You are an expert in online branding. Connections to KOP/Vlogger oriented to EV promotion or testing will be a big plus.
3) You have excellent communication skills and awareness of business cultures in Asian countries. You have excellent command of Mandarin and English in both writing and speaking, any level of Swedish will be a plus.
4) You hold a valid Swedish driving license (B). You have had a clean driving record in the past 5 years.
5) You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a social related subject
6) Basic understanding on Linux, C++, Python, Matlab or other programming languages is a plus
7) As a person, you are passionate about cars and vehicles, you are a climate protector enthusiastic about green energy. You are highly adaptive and flexible, willing to work in a fast-paced environment full of last-minute changes. You are super corporative, happy to work with personnel from different functions.
