About this opportunity
Do you have a passion for solving complex problems using technology? Have you lead pre-sales engagements and programs? Have you led consultative selling teams engaging customers into value argumentation discussions and winning their trust to be their partner of choice? We have an exciting opportunity to join a team where you will have an impact on customer engagements as well as internal strategy for Network Management and Automation. EIAP is our new Service Management and Orchestration (SMO) offering that enable higher operational efficiency, improved network performance and better subscriber experience. Specifically our unit is responsible for the technical sales support and business development of the Automation Platform, which will speed up development and time to market for Automation Applications (rApps).

What you will do
Understand and influence key customer challenges around Network management and work with various internal stakeholders to solve them.
Strong understanding of Network management, RAN automation inc. SON
Take lead in defining RAN automation strategies and evolution plans for the market area addressing key customer asks
Understand SMO/RIC/rAPPs architectural concepts and be able to articulate this towards customers
Good understanding or MANO and Cloud automation concepts and applicability to RAN domain
Understanding of Network slicing and associated concepts
Lead internal campaigns and pre-sales activities
Take ownership of and drive complex issues, managing all stakeholders
Closely collaborate with Solution Area, Product development and customer


You will bring
Experience in selling and delivering RAN Automation and Network management portfolio
Good knowledge of RAN (LTE/NR) & Transport architecture and good understanding of functions like FCAPS and Self-Organizing Network (e.g. C-SON)
Understanding of Cloud native principles and application to Network management
Strong experience on leading structured programs around network management
Broad expertise with industry & technology trends and portfolio strategies for Self-Optimizing Networks (SON), O-RAN, Analytics, Machine Learning and AI
Strong communication and presentation skills with the capability to present to senior level executives
Solution oriented, Strong work ethic and curiosity to learn
