For our High Voltage Products Business Unit, we are seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist being responsible for supporting local Sales teams and customers by advising on technical options cost-effective solutions and preparing offers.
The business unit develops, manufactures and markets high voltage products for HVAC and HVDC systems, such as surge arresters, breakers, instrument transformers, capacitors, cooling systems and cable accessories.

Your responsibilities
Review and analyze the RFQ documents and identify the scope of supply, develop technical solution, prepare list of technical datasheets, deviations and clarifications etc.
Design of Medium & High voltage power quality solutions (e.g., Capacitor banks and Harmonic filters)
Interact with customers and provide them technical guidance on design related queries, ensuring positive customer experience
Collaborate with the supply chain function, prepare RFQs, review vendor documentation, and provide design related evaluation of proposals for non-standard materials and equipment
Contribute to design reviews and verification, provide feedback on design aspects and make necessary modifications
You will be responsible for handling quality issues to increase the customer satisfaction
Prepare and check technical articles, product documentations etc. for internal and external publication. Give technical webinars to internal and external customers
Visiting customers to create new opportunities, supervision of installation, and PQ study at site.
Your background
You have minimum 2 years of work experience having technical background (preferably Electrical engineering) from university
Experience in power system and/or power quality
It would be meritorious if you have experience in power quality or similar fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
You are open-minded and eager to learn new things
Ready to work in an international and multicultural work environment
You are structured, persistent and well-organized in your way of working and committed to customer satisfaction
You are ready for any business related travels when necessary
