The Global Martech team is a newly founded function within Husqvarna Forest & Garden, spreading over our four Business Units. The Martech organization will handle the intersection between marketing and technology. The intension is to create a marketing tech governance and support the organization that enables for Business Units/Market activation – providing and supporting a sustainable toolbox.
“We are now looking for a hands-on technical SEO specialist. This person will have a strong focus on both local and international SEO and be responsible for what it takes for a website to gain visibility in search engines. I am looking for someone who is eager to take on this role and be our key SEO contact for technical SEO towards both our internal Business Units as well as our external partners”. As a technical SEO specialist, you will be part of the Martech team. The group members enjoys working with technology as well as being up to date with the marketing agenda. As a team, they provide an inclusive and dynamic environment that allows everybody to grow as an individual.
The Martech team is responsible for overarching plans, strategy and technical requirements for an international website and your responsibility in the team would be from an SEO perspective.
In this role you will have the strategic SEO roadmap accountability, keep up technical backlogs, creating business cases as well collaborate around the SEO aspects of development and feature implementation.
Your day-to-day work will include presenting, reporting and keep track of SEO performance, work and prioritize backlogs, giving input to content, conducting trainings session, work with our external partners and experienced SEO agencies, perform keyword research, mapping and content gap analysis.
In addition you will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including web development, content, and marketing, to ensure SEO is integrated into overall digital martech strategy.
We think that to be a match for this position you have extensive SEO knowledge and +3 years’ experience in SEO and digital marketing, strong knowledge of search engine and ranking factors, hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush and other SEO tools, proven track record of driving significant organic traffic growth. It is a request from us that you speak and write fluent English.
What we think would be a great bonus is if you have knowledge in Sitecore as CMS as the touchpoints between Sitecore and technical SEO are many. Also understanding and experience with eCommerce is meriting.
We are looking for a team player who has a large internal drive and likes to work both independently and in a group. When working in the role you will be a decision maker focusing on problem solving, giving service to your clients and bring the outside in perspective with you.
