Swedish-speaking Technical Service Advisor
For our Aftermarket Operations in Gothenburg, Sweden, we are looking for new talents to support our Swedish team. You’ll be based in our Gothenburg Office in Sweden



What you'll do

- Provide Automotive Technical Assistance

- Handle driver interviews

- Coordinate workshop visits

- Remote diagnostics

- Order spare parts

- Interact with Customers/ Stakeholders on a daily basis

- Handle admin/ insurance cases

- Support with high level of Service to our Customers

You will be in daily contact with our customers and our workshops to support and solve problems, handle driver interviews, coordinate workshop visits, order spare parts, and book appointments at the workshop to support with high level of Service to our Customers but also to our workshops. We are a scale-up company, and this team is in the face of change. You will have a dedicated area within our field where you can develop within to your full potential.



What you bring

- Technical/mechanical car knowledge

- Related work experience in one or multiple fields is very beneficial, Mechanical experience within Automotive business/ Proven experience of Automotive insurance handling/ Spare part Logistic/ SAP experience/ Customer Service environment

- Great attention to details

- Stress resilient and ability to prioritize tasks

- Proficient IT Skills Microsoft 0365, Microsoft Excel

- Excellent Communications Skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken

- Team player, collaborative, and highly service-minded attitude, both in Customer Service as well as willingness to help your colleagues

- Driving License will be beneficial
