To lead a team of Technical Service Advisors for the Swedish market, we are now looking for a

Swedish-speaking Team Lead

Your job is to develop the team in the directions to support both individuals as well as the company going forward. You will have the responsibility to manage the Work force Management. To follow up on individual level and to make sure that the team is working together and support collaboration.

The Swedish team is located at 3 different sites Sweden, Maastricht and Barcelona. As a Team Lead you will work from the Swedish Office, and you will also actively take part in the daily work with a number of tasks on top of leading the team.

You’ll be based in our Gothenburg Office in Sweden.

What you'll do

- Lead the team of Technical Service Advisors

- Overseeing the day-to-day management

- Responsible for help TSA Manager, setting up and implementing the operational strategy

- Creating team schedules and make sure to cover all areas within TSA

- Make sure that our customers are executed professionally

- Actively contribute to the achievement, delivery targets set for the team

- Work with continues improvement in a start-up company and come with new ideas on how to improve

- Propose system related changes to improve going forward

- Steering the team and adapting to the day-to-day business

- Supporting the development of the team members

You will lead and inspire a high-performing team, create best-in-class experience for our customers and workshops and most importantly, you share the Lynk & Co vision with customers and lead employees with the same vision, you are a true Lynk & Co ambassador. You will report to the Manager for the Technical Service Advisor Community.

What bring

- Technical/mechanical/insurance handling and car knowledge

- Related work experience in one or multiple fields is very beneficial, Mechanical experience within Automotive business/ Proven experience of Automotive insurance handling/ Spare part Logistic/ SAP experience/ Customer Service environment

- More than 12-month experience in the field of Technical and/or Insurance Services within Automotive Business

- A methodical person with a high level of service level

- You are a natural leader with a strong sense of team building

- True people person and know how to engage

- Great attention to details

- Stress resilient and ability to prioritize tasks

- Proficient IT Skills Microsoft 0365, Microsoft Excel

- Excellent Communications Skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken

- Team player, collaborative, and highly service-minded attitude, both in Customer Service as well as willingness to help your colleagues

- Driving License is beneficial as well as a great interest in car
