Do you want to be a part of a growing business in the Underwater domain? Are you one of our broad technical experienced engineers who ensure our customers operational ability?
Your role
You will be a part of a team of engineers and technicians dedicated to autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV) and remotely operated vehicles (ROV) within the Business Unit Underwater Systems. As a technical service engineer in the After Sales area you will have an important role in providing world-class services to maintain our customers operational ability. You will be both in direct contact with the customer representing Saab and also supporting the Marketing and Sales department in their sales activities.
The task will include working with customer support, technical analysis and investigation as well as planning of preventive and corrective maintenance. To accomplish this an important part will be to acquire and maintain deep knowledge of how and in what conditions our products are operated.
The technical service engineers supports the life cycle of underwater sensor systems, weapon systems such as torpedoes and sea mines and underwater vehicle systems.
The location is Linköping. The employment includes travels, so the ability to travel both within Sweden and abroad is required in this role.

You shall be driven and be able to work independently, in collaboration with others and prestigeless. You shall also have a service minded attitude and have the will and the interest to continue working and developing within the areas of technology.
The operation contains a large number of different assignments and products. Therefore, the role sets high demands on a great will and an ability to find solutions, own drive and teamwork.
Required skills:
* Technical education
* Relevant experience within technical work
* Communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbal and written
Desired skills:
* Experience in after sales and customer support
* Experience from Military requirements
* Experience from Maritime installations
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
