Technical Service Specialist

Are you a technician or engineer and wants to join our highly skilled Technical Service team? Are you keen to work in a global high voltage cable supplier which plays a significant role in the green transformation, we might have the right job for you!
Working closely with our international customers, we develop, manufacture and install efficient and technologically advanced medium and high-voltage cables as well as cable accessories, playing a significant role in the green transformation.

Supporting and customer-oriented
You will be joining our experienced Technical Service team in Alingsås, providing technical service to the Accessories Customer Service departments locally, within the regional hub as well as globally and also support the Sales department with technical information, data sheet and selection of the right products. You will gain market understanding by attending selected fairs and customer visits. Cooperate with the local Technical Service team by act as single point of contact when applicable and coordinate contact between the regional hubs may also appear within your responsibility.
Your will join a team of 9 members, based in both Germany and Sweden. We are looking for a person with a big understanding of culture differences and high skills in communication and collaboration.

Your tasks will also include:
• Represent Product Engineering
• Lead the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
• Claim management (in case of failure of product), when needed take direct responsibility for claim and solve with customer directly

To be successful in this role you have an open mindset, are good at prioritizing and have the ability to quickly get an overview of tasks to be handled and make your own priorities in line with the company strategy. You take great accountability for your work tasks and are structured, meticulous and thorough. Additionally, your CV includes:
• University degree in the electrical ore mechanical field
• A couple of years of technical experience from engineering ore other relevant field
• Experience from working in teams or projects
• SAP experience is a plus
• Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
