Robotics Parts & Logistics is responsible for the availability and delivery of spare parts to our robot systems worldwide. There are nearly 30 000 spare parts in the offer and more than 120 000 order lines are yearly delivered from our warehouses. Our customers require high availability, fast deliveries and reliable support during the entire product lifecycle.
As a Technical Service Specialist within Robotics Customer Service Parts & Logistics your main responsibility is to provide high quality technical support related to spare parts and software. The responsibility includes close co-operation with our internal customers/LBLs (Local Business Lines) as well as other relevant ABB functions in purpose to continuously improve our customer experience.
The role is reporting to Technical & Design Promotion Manager.


Your responsibilities
Supporting the sales units, primarily in the European region, by providing information regarding spare parts, software and upgrades.
Drive changes and develop the support function together with our colleagues around the world.
Continuously improve master data and guidelines.



Your background
Several years of experience of industrial robots.
Experience of SAP is a plus.
Service-minded.
Driven and supportive team member.
Good communication skills.
Self-drive personality and strong sense of ownership.
Strong social skills and ability to build good relations.
Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
