We are always looking for new colleagues to expand our Technical Services Team and this time, we are eager to find a German- and English-speaking Technical Services Engineer to support the Middle European region. This position is located in the city of Lund in the southern part of Sweden, and in close proximity of both Malmö and Copenhagen.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
This position suits you who understand the importance of customer care and always strives to beat yesterday by constantly seeking new ways to improve the customer experience. Working as a technical service engineer requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills and we believe that being energetic and independent are also important in order to be successful in this role. We want you to have some basic understanding within networking as most of our products are network based. We also want you to have experience in customer service and an understanding of how to troubleshoot technical matters. The rest, we will train you in!
We don't expect you to be an expert in the field of cameras, audio or any of our other products and solutions we are offering, but we want you to be eager to learn.
As the team who is responsible for support in the Middle European region is growing, we want you to speak fluent and professional German. And to support the rest of our customers and colleagues, we also want you to speak and write English fluently. TECHNICAL SERVICES TEAM
The Technical Services team is responsible for the support for Europe, Middle East and Africa. All functions are located in Lund, Sweden and we're currently a team of around 55 people. The big team solves a ton of problems every day! As a member of the Axis team you will be part of a young, dynamic and multicultural environment. You would be working with highly developed technology and a high value brand. Together with your coworkers, you will be considered a key asset in moving Axis towards the goal of being number one in our industry and giving our customers state of the art service.
