Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Technical Solution Sales Support to support the KAM organization with product and solution expertise on different levels in pre-sales, design, and delivery of customer projects. Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader. Secure that customer feedback is shared with R&D organization.
Responsibilities:
You will position Ericsson as technology leader, communicate and discuss Ericsson’s technology strategy and vision with customer CTO/CIO and direct reports
Provide sales support expertise, conducts in-depth technical discussions with customer
Provide sales support for specific deals, propose solutions covering business requirements and present to Regions and Customer
Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensure the customer vision & strategy including implications on Ericsson’s technology and solutions is communicated to the ones in need at Business Units, Group Function and Ericsson Research.

Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Science or similar
Substantial in-field experience from sales/solutions at Ericsson or equivalent
Domain experience: Cloud, Virtualization, OSS, Network, Assurance
Thorough knowledge of assigned area
Experience from working in the field with customers
Business Understanding

Additional Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Support RFI / RFP responses and solution estimations
Build up customer relationships and assist the account team to close sales
Conduct product/solution presentation and demonstration to articulate value propositions
Working with Product, Development and Services divisions to map the customer requirements with CENX product and technologies to develop technical proposals by addressing customer challenges
Position will also support strategy operation representation towards other OSS products in Ericsson. Experience/Exposure in Managed Services is also a plus.
Interface with potential customers to perform analysis of business challenges, user and functional requirements
Engage with the Market Areas to articulate the value of CENX Service Assurance within the Ericsson BDGS offering.

Qualifications
Travel will be required to work with regional teams across the Market Area (approx. 50%)
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent communication skills and customer facing abilities
General understanding of software system engineering
Familiarity with network Operational Support Systems (inventory, fault, and performance management systems) such as Granite, Net Expert, HPNA, Spirent, and EXFO
Ethernet and IP Network Architecture and Design
Prior experience at Carriers/Service Providers or direct experience in working closely with NOC
Experience with SDN, NFV and Cloud Environments
Understanding of Mobile technologies (3G, 4G/LTE, 5G)
Resource must be well acquainted with cloud native 5g core.
Knowledgeable in-Service OAM (802.1ag, Y.1731, TWAMP etc.), IP, MPLS, PW, VPLS, TMIP, Netcool and Network Mgmt protocols
In depth working experience with Mobile Networks, including transport aspects in the Service Assurance context.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecommunications/networking industry
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in OSS/Orchestration.
Analytics, Inventory management, Network Management, Network & Service Orchestration knowledge & experience is big plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science/Engineering or Equivalent
