Technical & Solution Sales Support - Service Management and Orchestration (578243)
Do you have a passion for building complex solutions using cutting edge orchestration, Cloud RAN and 5G technology? Have you led pre-sales and solutions engagements? Do you have a strong services background? Have you led consultative selling teams engaging customers into value argumentation discussions and winning their trust to be their partner of choice? We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing business helping our customers lead the Cloud RAN and SMO journey.
In this role, you will:
Understand and influence key customer challenges around RAN automation communicate how Ericsson Orchestration and Automation portfolio can address these challenges
Strong understanding of RAN automation inc. SON and Network management
Understand SMO/RIC/rAPPs architectural concepts and be able to articulate this towards customers
Lead pre-sales activities involving cutting edge product strategies
Take ownership of and drive complex customer solutions
Closely collaborate with Solution Area, Service Delivery Unit, Product management & development and various other organizations.
To be successful, You Have:
Experience in selling and delivering RAN automation and management solutions leveraging Ericsson Portfolio
Good knowledge of RAN (LTE/NR) architecture and good understanding of functions like FCAPS and Self-Organizing Network (e.g. C-SON) as key drivers for SMO use cases
Strong professional pre-sales background with emphasis on complex solutions offering and proposals as well as market dynamics expertise
Excellent understanding of three layers of orchestration: (E)VNFM, NFVO and Service Orchestration. Knowledge in the area of orchestration platforms is a plus
Broad expertise with industry & technology trends and portfolio strategies for Self-Optimizing Networks (SON), Analytics, Machine Learning and AI
Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and can demonstrate ability to attract and develop talent
Strong communication and presentation skills with the capability to present to senior level executives
Strong work ethic and curiosity to learn
You Might Also Have:
Product R&D experience
Product Management expertise
Managed programs with significant off-shore experience
Advanced degrees such as an MBA, MSE, or MSc
