We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Technical Solutions Manager finance with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of leading the Staffing Systems & Automation team as part of the Staffing domain. This team is in charge of enabling technological Staffing needs while focusing on customer experience and productivity.


Responsibilities and tasks include:
Will be in charge of leading practises and empowering the overall technical vision for Talent Staffing problem solutions.
Will be in charge of ensuring the team's productivity and satisfaction.
Will be in charge of delivering on the roadmap to achieve the vision and mission.
The candidate must: Align current technical strategies with our technical environment
Manage the overall budget for solutions and tools.
Identify opportunities for improved performance within the Staffing landscape.
Constantly strive to improve the overall customer experience.
Maintain our quality practises.
Ensure that compliance measures are in place.
The candidate will be in charge of 6 team members and will collaborate closely with the team's product owner to prioritise solutions based on the needs of customers and stakeholders, as well as with the Solution Architect to ensure the timely technical development of prioritised solutions.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:


Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
4-8 years of experience as a solutions manager, as well as team management.
Contract renegotiation
Handle high-level meetings.
Market solutions should be benchmarked.
Creating business cases
Agile is a methodology.
