We are looking for a Technical Sourcer (Researcher) and Employer Branding (EB) coordinator to join our Nordic Talent Acquisition Group (TAG).

Our team currently consists of a Head of Nordics, 3 Country Lead Recruiters, and a very supportive Admin Operations Group. About the role
We are looking for a skilled Technical Sourcer (“Researcher”) and Employer Branding (EB) Coordinator to assist the TAG team with recruitment, marketing, sourcing, and hiring of candidates for our open positions in the Nordics. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, and set up interviews. You may also be required to manage the inhouse candidate database, record hiring conversion rates and perform different ad hoc admin tasks for the recruiters. As our EB-coordinator, you will also plan and manage specific recruitment campaigns, interact with the Cognizant Marketing team on messaging and plans, and help the recruiters out in developing, refining and posting/distributing selling job ads in various channels.
To ensure success as a Technical Sourcer (“Researcher”), you should have detailed knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, excellent communication skills and good Interpersonal skills. A skilled Technical Sourcer (“Researcher”) will be able to source the perfect candidate for positions that are often hard to fill. As our EB-coordinator, we expect you to bring fresh ideas to the table through your knowledge and interest in the “drivers of talent” in the markets we operate in. For both parts of the role, you will need to be able to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires – primarily in LinkedIn Recruiter, but also in our inhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Coordinating with the recruitment team to determine position requirements.
Crafting and sending recruitment messages using LinkedIn/email.
Interacting with potential candidates (prospects) on professional networks and social media.
Contacting industry partners for candidate referrals.
Identifying, screening and contacting potential candidates.
Managing the company’s candidate database.
Measuring and recording conversion rates.
Ad hoc assignments related to recruitment, such as writing / refining job descriptions, managing external vendors etc.
Interact with the Marketing Team on recruitment campaigns / overall messaging etc.
Requirements:
Education in for example HR, Social Sciences, Business, Tech or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Technical Sourcer (“Researcher”) or Recruitment Agent.
Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques.
Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking.
Proficient in relevant office software and database systems.
Fluent in Swedish and/or Norwegian and English.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
