Modis IT & Engineering is looking for a Technical Specialist to for a consultancy assignment to our customers Service Center. As a consultant you will be hired by Modis.
Responsibilities
• Service level monitoring and initiating corrective actions to ensure communication performance
• Coordinate and support subcontractors and field work of installers
• Problem solving in e2e environment
• Other possible tasks in Aidon customer support as agreed
Requirements
• Technical or IT education, preferably university level
• Good communication and coordination skills inside and towards customers
• E2e understanding of complex customer environments including devices, communication, system and integrations
• Knowledge on IT system infrastructure operating/monitoring
• Experience in some of these is an advantage: Smart metering business, radio networks, SQL, Powershell scripts, XML, Azure
• Interest in hands-on work
• Excellent Swedish and English skills (written and oral)
Advantages
• Knowledge in energy business/smart metering
• Project management or ITIL certificates
• Ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Other languages
