Qiagen DNA Synthesis AB (former SGS DNA AB) in Sweden, has produced high quality synthetic DNA for diagnostic purpose for more than 30 years. We are situated in Västerås and has around 100 employees. We apply the medical directives, ISO13485 (EU) and 21CFR820 (USA). Our production is carries out in accordance with GMP.

Position Description
The Customer Support department conducts customer support as well as quotation and order management, invoicing. In addition, we also work with investigation of customer complaints, corrective and preventive activities and change requests.
As Technical Specialist Customer Support, you will be responsible for creating an efficient flow of information between the customer support, planning, production and product development departments with regard to technical issues. You will also review the optimization and standardization of the flow of information. Furthermore, you initiate and lead projects for faster feedback to customers on customer requests regarding quotes as well as improved security regarding scales, methods and machine capacity. You work for effective collaboration with other departments and data and information management. Furthermore, you will work on:
· Support customer support colleagues when it comes to order management and quotes.
· Improve the use of technical information and data usage from order to production.
· Support the process owner in customer support.
· Acting function as Specialist Customer Support which includes:
- Prepare quotes
- Customer communication and support
- Support key account managers
- Work in accordance with SGS DD's policies and procedures
- Being responsible for and working with CAPA investigations (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and CR (change requests)
Position Requirements
· University degree from natural sciences (chemistry, biochemistry or similar) or business administration or equivalent work experience.
· Recalled 5 years of experience from similar work in life science or the pharmaceutical industry
· Be able to communicate fluently in both English and Swedish

Experience in quality assurance work and quality systems, preferably related to medical technology, i.e. ISO13485 and/or 21CFR820 as well as training and/or experience in project management is a merit.
