Assignment Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist with a focus on the digital facility area to join our Managed Workstation & Mobility team. The ideal candidate will act as the specialist in the digital facility area and work closely with the business to develop solutions that contribute to a more collaborative work environment. The role will focus on supporting our global business with digital capabilities connected to facilities such as conference rooms, printers, digital signage, etc.
What you'll do:
· Lead daily execution and planning within the digital facility area, including hands-on work and proactive problem-solving
· Ensure efficient service operations and supportive functions
· Take the lead on digital facility initiatives in market and office establishments
· Collaborate with partners to ensure services are fit for purpose
· Review and update current documentation and develop standardized, global solutions
· Work closely with the Global Service Desk and Onsite personnel to ensure services can be supported (training, documenting, knowledge base articles, etc.)
Who you are:
· 3+ years of experience in information technology or a business function related to the digital workplace (meeting room equipment, printer hardware and management, room booking system, endpoint management, etc.)
· Experience with audio-video solutions that enable a hybrid workplace
· ITIL Foundation certification and experience with ITIL-based service delivery
· Experience working in a global digital managed services organization
· Ability to improve operational processes and reduce TCO
· Experience supporting users and stakeholders in a global enterprise environment
· Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant area of business
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Strategic mindset with a focus on the big picture
· Ability to work efficiently in teams and have a service-minded attitude
· Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on resolution
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
