Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Technical Specialist Digital Facility who is experienced working in a global digital managed services organisation.

What you'll do:
● Work closely with the Global Service desk and Onsite personnel to ensure that the services can be supported, meaning training personnel, documenting, knowledge base articles etc.
● Close collaboration with our partners to ensure the services are fit for purpose and produce standardized, global solutions within the area.
● Develop a recommendation for future architecture and address which tools and technologies the authority should invest in going forward.
● Coordinating with other departments within an organization to ensure that new technology solutions will meet their needs.
● Working with other IT staff members to implement new systems or make changes to existing systems.
Who you are:
● Have proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant area of business.
● Must be able to think logically and independently, and solve complex problems in the
● assigned area of responsibility.
● Experience with working in a global digital managed services organisation and improving operational processes and reducing TCO.
● Good knowledge of data platforms from on-premises to cloud-based, such as Oracle Exadata, Teradata, Snowflake, Data Bricks, Redshift and/or Azure Synapse.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
