Job description
As a Technical specialist fuels & lubricants at Husqvarna, you will conduct research and development within the area to meet our mission of a sustainable future.


The role will include maintenance of the existing range of lubricants & fuels and the responsibility to drive new R&D projects, including compliance issues. You will also take a leading role as a program owner of sustainable fuels working with sustainability strategies for Husqvarna’s fuels and oils. You will be working closely to our R&D Power System team and the position will give you the opportunity to build a strong network both internally and externally.


You will be part of the Advanced Development group for Handheld Eco-System at Husqvarna Forest & Garden. Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
Drive R&D projects for Husqvarna’s range of lubricants and fuels
Maintain the existing range of lubricants and fuels
Work with sustainability strategies for Husqvarna’s fuels and oils
Manage compliance documentation and handle new compliance issues
Participate in solving quality issues
Support other R&D projects at Husqvarna with oil and lubrication questions
Create technical documentation


Qualifications
Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher within relevant engineering discipline (chemistry, mechanical or equivalent)
10 years of experience in fuels and lubricants development
Ability to lead/deliver project results within agreed schedules
Ability to articulate work results to internal and external stakeholders
Good command of English (written and spoken)

You possess energy and drive and are result-oriented
You are structured and analytical with the ability to work both independently and in teams
You are technically strong in own discipline, eager to share knowledge as well as acquire new knowledge
