Job Description:
We are developing, maintaining and supporting Message Oriented Middleware products.
For one of our products, called VCOM for z/OS, we are looking for an experiences software developer.
The product can be considered as a sub-system to the z/OS operating system, in many ways comparable to CICS, IMS or MQ.
For that reason we are looking for a developer with skilled experience in the z/OS operating system and fully familiar with components like REXX, ISPF, JCL, JES, SNA and TCP-IP.
For the software developer it is vital to understand how the product uses the interfaces and API’s in the operating system.
The source code is Assembler on z/OS.
