As part of our Customer Delivery & Support team, you will work closely with your colleagues on setting up and maintaining system environments at our customer sites, as well as internally for our Medical Imaging business area. As a Technical Specialist, you will be a key person in developing and improving installation and maintenance processes. Additionally, you will work in close collaboration with our operations and development team to contribute to improved products.

As our Technical Specialist you will:
- Perform customer system installations.
- Perform configuration of Windows servers.
- Perform configuration and basic creation of MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
- Perform application installations, failover setup and pre-configured installations.
- Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption and establish preventive measures.
- Handle incoming 2nd and 3rd line support requests from both IT departments, healthcare providers and system administrators and proactively drive issue resolution with engagement and enthusiasm.
Your matching strengths for our role are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT.
- Dedicated team player with a clear customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong "Can-do”-attitude, fearless, proactive and driven.
- Passionate about solving issues and helping customers.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and error tracing.
- Experience from successful software installation on Windows.
- Experience with issue tracing at network and OS level.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish/Norwegian/Danish.
- Passionate about innovation and working on meaningful projects.
Would be great, but not mandatory if you have:
- Knowledge about centralised monitoring and automatic alerts.
- Knowledge of Oracle databases (installation, backup, and recovery).
- Experience from successful software installation on Linux servers.
