Our Engineering department is now creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a technical specialist to be responsible for our NVH lab (Noise, Vibration, Hardness).

You will be responsible of running and developing Nevs NVH-testing lab for complete car/ systems/ components). You will use your technical skills and your ability to plan and lead others, in order to meet expectations from both internal and external customers. The role will also include.

- Running and development of the laboratory equipment and processes.
- Test work and operating.
- Preparation and planning of tests and try outs.
- Set up the right manning and ordering resources to meet the needs of each project.
- External contacts and planning for consultants.
- Outsourcing of tests to external laboratories when necessary.
- Accountability for achieving the objectives to each project.
- Continuous development of efficient processes and procedures.


Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:

- Relevant experience and technical skills in the work area, at least 10 years, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Degree in Master of Science or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of NVH measuring and analysis.

You master English, both spoken and written.
