Arbetsbeskrivning
The positions entails assisting/coordinating both operations and business in managing, implementing, maintaining and administering Telephony, Video and Audio conferencing infrastructures within EMEA, in order to provide cost-efficient and high quality services. Working together with functional peers both within EMEA and other regions to ensure consistency at global level and an optimal usage of the Electrolux resources. Main responsibilities are to manage the quality of voice and video conferencing infrastructure/services in order to meet and exceed the Business requirements, to manage service contracts with external suppliers, to participate in the implementation of new voice and videoconferencing services or on the enhancement of the existing one. To maintain configuration and asset inventory for voice and videoconference infrastructure (when applicable), to identify new opportunities in the voice and video conferencing area to reduce cost and keep technology up to date.
