Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Specialist in Windows / Mac to join our dynamic team
What you will work on:
Package applications for efficient distribution and deployment to client computers.
Develop and maintain images for Windows client operating systems (Windows 10 and 11).
Design installation workflows for Macs and iOS devices, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Create, update, and manage scripts and automations using PowerShell.
Oversee the lifecycle management of operating systems and applications, ensuring up-to-date and secure environments.
Maintain server applications essential for client operations (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Jamf Pro, Snow SLM, and inventory systems).
Uphold client security measures, implementing protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
Provide technical support and expertise to resolve client-related issues promptly.

What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in packaging and deploying applications to client computers.
Proficiency in creating and managing images for Windows client operating systems (Windows 10 and 11).
Familiarity with developing installation processes for Mac and iOS devices.
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell for automation and customization.
Knowledge of lifecycle management for operating systems and applications.
Experience maintaining server applications such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Jamf Pro, Snow SLM, and inventory systems.
Understanding of client security principles and best practices.
Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and secure implementations.
