The Product Quality department in Residential EPAC is now looking for a Technical Specialist within electronics to support the focus and technology shift towards electric powered and more technically advanced products. You will be a part of the Global Technical Support Team for Husqvarna electric lawn care products; Walk-behind mowers, Riders, Front-mowers and Tractors.

Areas of responsibility

You will be a part of a team where you’ll be responsible for supporting the market with product knowledge of the Husqvarna electric lawn care products. Your focus is to act as a single point of contact for product related quality improvements raised by Husqvarna Groups After Sales companies and distributors around the world. You will receive product related improvement requests from customers, sales companies, and distributors and inform them about short-term and long-term solutions. You will take a big part in gathering data, analyse and finding root causes for issues, together with R&D. This also includes reporting back to After Sales during the process of solving the issues and providing feedback into new development projects. You also report and participates in prioritizing product improvements on existing platforms. The role includes both domestic and international travelling, 10-30 days/year.

Who are you

We are looking for a person who enjoys working in team. You are result oriented and can easily collaborate with colleagues.
You have a good technical understanding and interest in technology, especially electronics, is curious, analytical and like problem-solving.
We think you may have experience from working within automation, electrical maintenance, production or as a test engineer in a lab.

Required Qualifications for the role as Technical Specialist Electronics:

•Interest in technology, especially electronics
•Education within Electronics or equivalent.
•Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

It is also beneficial if you have any of the following:

•Previous experience in engineering, quality or after sales experience.
•Swedish, German, or French language skills
•System understanding for the interaction of mechanics – electronics – software
