We are looking for you to join the Technical Support and Training department in Customer Service at the office in Solna as

Technical Support Customer Service Northern Europe

WE OFFER

An important, interesting and challenging position in our Nordic Customer Service organization. You will be working in a Nordic team consisting of 14 people divided in the different countries. Main tasks within this role consists of supporting field technicians with spare part planning for booked service appointments, giving technical support regarding BSH products and systems to internal colleagues as well as external service partners, retailers and consumers. Within this role product training towards internal and external colleagues is included.

YOU OFFER

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following criteria:


• Senior High School
• Strong Understanding of electrical processes
• Analytical
• Strong IT skills
• Customer Service repair process knowledge
• Experience in white goods repair in the home and workshop
• Experience within Technical Support
• Fluent in Swedish and English, knowledge in other Nordic language and German is helpful
• Innovative
• Persuasive
• Common sense
• Sense of humor

As a person you have high social skills which allow you to build honest and respectful relationships, communicate productively and build trust.
