Introduction Sandvik in Svedala is a product area within Sandvik Mining and Construction.We are one of the leading manufacturers of capital equipment in the mining and construction business.Our Sandvik product range includes crushers, screens, feeders, mobile crushers and screening stations.Now we are looking for a Technical Support worker to our Technical Order Desk team.Key performance areas Working with Technical Support your main responsibilities will be to develop product specific technical support for the regions and assist with technical related enquiries and issues.You will work closely with our supply, R&D, PLM and market organization.More specifically you will: - Gather all information regarding the product range.- Secure the availability of key components for the markets in order to keep the units operating.- Participate in the development of manuals and their level of detail, i.e.product range and services.- Create and develop service kits and solutions together with the markets for our products.- Increase the knowledge regarding our product range.Your profile You have a technical degree and/or equivalent knowledge.Experience within Crushing and Screening is valuable as well as experience with manuals and documentation.The job entails interpersonal and communication skills along with administrative experience and a capacity to work in a very structured way.It is essential that you have good communication skills and are fluent in English, both written and verbal.Finnish is merited.
