We are looking for a Technical Support Advisors to work for a well-known American corporation which provides hardware (smart phone and tablets)/ software product services.

As the Technical Support Advisor, you will be:


Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone

Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge

Handling effectively all incoming incidents

Gathering information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues



Conditions and benefits:


Full-time (39hrs/week) and long-term contract

Salary:

1) Fixed: 18.540 Euros gross year (base + language compensation)

2) Performance Bonus: 2.500 Euros gross/year




Shift: Mon-Sun rotative (9:00-20:00)

Location: Barcelona Center

Possibility to grow within the company

Start date: Immediate

Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)*



Requirements:


Swedish native level speaker with fluent English

Great teammate

Willingness to learn and apply new technologies

Analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability desired

Ability to operate in high pressure situations

Good technical skills and knowledge preferable

Excellent communication skills.
