We’re seeking a new addition to our small but dedicated technical support team based at Linköping Science Park.
The role
You will be a “go-to” point of contact in the company. As an expert on our system, you will provide technical and administrative support to our internal customers - 1st line support agents/Sales agents and Key Account Managers/Marketing Team - empowering them with the knowledge they need to succeed.
Each agent plays their part in the day-to-day operations of the department, as well as contributing to the operational work that helps to improve and develop the support function in line with company goals.
Your daily tasks will include:
● Providing 2nd-line tech support to our front line support agents.
● Providing support for the sales team.
● Assisting Marketing to ensure client-facing material is technically accurate.
● Investigating bug reports.
● Handling suggestions for improvements and new features.
● Regression Testing for new releases and system updates.
● Client account administration.
● Creation of manuals and user guides.
● Creation of training material.
● Quality Assurance.
● Identifying and implementing operational improvements.

● Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing (fluency in English is a requirement).
This is considered an entry-level position and although we don’t believe that you need specific qualifications to succeed here, it is very important that you are interested in tech, and have a basic understanding of computing, cloud-based services, and mobile technology.
It will be considered an advantage if:
● You speak additional languages, especially Finnish, French, or Spanish.
● You have experience in technical support, ideally in an international environment.
● You have a basic understanding of software, APIs and mobile applications.
Working hours: Full Time, Office hours Mon-Fri.
