Swedish Recruitment is a recruitment agency focusing on the European market.We have been recruiting work force from the Nordic countries since 2006 and are working with some of the market leaders in IT, Igaming and Communication Our client is a marked leading company in the communication business.They have an international Call Centre in Austria and they are now looking for a Technical Support Agent who is fluent in Danish to join their team.You will mainly deal with Danish Customers.The role: To support customers in installation and configuration via phone and e-mail through the provision of a professional service to resolve technical queries and requests.You will always provide a first rate service where resolving the customer issue is your top priority.Main responsibilities are to: *Troubleshoot customer queries *Take problem ownership and make sure that customers receive a high quality service at all times.*Actively promote our Clients products.We are looking for someone who is already living in Austria or sees this as a great opportunity to relocate there. It is required that you have excellent telephone skills and good written communication skills, as you will communicate by e-mail, along with a customer focused personality.You are flexible, cheerful, positive and you have an interest in problem solving.You have a genuine interest in technology and you are an experienced computer user with good skills in the most common applications.Fluency in Danish with a good level of English is required.
