Btwentyfour is growing internationally and are hiring technical support staff with special language skills to meet the needs of new international customers. We are looking individuals who are service minded, have worked in a technical support role before, like technical challanges, and would like to join a successful and growing company with its support and development base in Uppsala.
You will be working in a technical support role where you will communicate with customers via phone and email.
You will also be expected to troubleshoot technical issues and try to solve them when possible, otherwise escalate to more senior support personnel.
We are specifically interested in people who speak Swedish fluently as well as any of the following languages:
- Norwegian
- German
- French
- Mandarin Chinese
We are looking for someone who is communicative, like customer communication and enjoy to dig into and solve technical problems. You should also be a solution oriented team player that works well with the rest of the support team.
