Are you a gamer? Do you have previous experience in technical customer support? Then this position at Innit Audio could be your dream job. Here, you'll be active on various gaming forums and support Innit users by providing them with top technical service, all while fundamentally enhancing the experience by forwarding inputs to the developers!
OM TJÄNSTEN
Innit Audio is a startup company that is aiming to revolutionize headset/earbud audio for the gaming industry. They are soon dropping their beta version on the market and have great expansion plans for the future, and they want you along for the ride!
The Technical Support & Community Specialist will be the main link between Innits community and the product and marketing team. In the role, you will mainly support the customers with any type of questions regarding the product and help them forward through text.
You will engage with the customers daily and make sure that Innit is providing the best possible experience and support for the customer base with quick responses to all customer feedback. You will also help to enhance awareness, improve public perception, identify and create advocates, educate existing and potential users as well as assist with creating analytical reports and insights on product performance.

Work tasks
* Managing Innits Discord server to make it a fun place where people want to stick around and to answer customers questions.
* Provide relevant feedback and input to the customer experience strategy ensuring that all customer needs are being considered.
* Stimulate engagement by interacting with customers in different channels to develop a relationship with, and an understanding of, our community.
* Monitor key online conversations and events to ensure the company’s effective participation and representation.
* Being the community voice when we are making plans so that our decisions are always good for our customers
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- A gamer who has an understanding of gaming and online culture.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably technical support.
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, since this will be your main language in the role. It is considered a merit if you know Swedish since this will be the second language used.
