Quintus Technologies is looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to the headquarter in Västerås.

As the Technical Support Coordinator, you will have a key role within the Customer Support organization within Quintus Technologies. The daily work means communicating with our customers who contacts the technical support with different questions and technical issues regarding our installed base.

You will be responsible for registering and coordinating all incoming customer support cases making sure that all cases are handled and solved in a timely manner in accordance with overall company prioritization.

The main areas of responsibilities are:

- Case ownership, coordinating and making sure that cases are handled and solved in a timely manner by the technical support organization
- Register, manage and document all incoming technical support cases
- Make sure the customers are updated and informed on status of their case
- Ensure a high customer satisfaction
- Report customer feedback to CSS Contract Management and CSS Operations Manager


As Technical Support Coordinator at Quintus Technologies you belong to the CSS Operations organization and is a part of the Customer Support team. You report to the CSS Operations Manager, Helena Krantz, who looks forward to welcoming a new member to the team.

Your profile and qualifications
You are committed to deliver high customer satisfaction and will take ownership for driving the customer cases making sure that we, as an organization, deliver answers to our customers.

- Excellent communication and information sharing skills, written and spoken alike
- Ability to document information in a structured way
- Industrial experience and a technical background
- Experience from customer service and technical customer support, heavy industrial equipment
- Ability to work, and deliver results, together with a distributed team
- Commitment to drive and deliver professional answers to the customers
- Experience from working with case management systems
- Experience from working with Salesforce (CRM system)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral. Other language skills are beneficial
