ABOUT SAMPORT Samport specialises in helping banks, large merchants and system vendors handle the demands of secure, effective and cost efficient transactions, whether through payment over the Internet or in retail stores.We make this possible through our two market leading products; Samport LETO and Samport ZEUS. JOB/WORK DESCRIPTION: Within the department Technical Support, Samport needs to strengthen the crew capacity.As a crew member of the Technical Support department, you will have direct contact with Samport?s retailers and customers, assisting them to solve their technical issues and questions through phone calls or emails.The role involves supporting all Samport?s products, payments solutions via internet and card payments in store via card terminals.You will report directly to the Department Manager or a team leader.The role is located in Halmstad, Sweden. WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING: You have/are: ?high school diploma in IT/Computer science ?minimum 2 years of work experience of technical support related jobs ?knowledge of web programming such as asp, php or html.?worked with the .NET platform ?well familiar with Microsoft Office products ?fluent in Swedish and English in both writing as well as speaking ?can handle several and complex tasks simultaneously ?service minded and have great patience You are an outgoing person with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and enjoy working in teams.
