Therefore, we now offer exciting opportunities for experienced Technical Support Engineers who will be part of creating a new strong team of highly motivated and talented people who thrives in an international environment and wants to make a difference in the renewable energy sector.
As a Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for responding to and managing requests for technical support and information from clients, partners and internal personnel regarding application, troubleshooting and repair of Azelio products via CRM, telephone, email, or other electronic communication. Reviewing and reporting on repair and operational data, conducting root cause analysis, and developing solutions to support quality and operational improvement will also be part of the tasks.
Your position
Some of your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical and diagnostic support to customers, partners and internal Azelio personnel
- Authorizing warranty repairs in compliance with policies and respond to requests for technical and/or general information from customers, partners and internal Azelio personnel to support customer satisfaction
- Developing data analytics and reports to identify and communicate trends in product quality, warranty compliance, and department operations to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Developing solutions to resolve complex problems with products, systems, and processes relating to technical, warranty, third parties and interdepartmental operations
- Leading a comprehensive technical knowledge base of all Azelio products, serving as go-to technical expert within the Company
- Assisting Customer Relations representatives with customer inquiries and escalations including in-depth technical analysis and diagnostics and when needed, direct interaction with customers and partners
- Manning of Azelio Operations Centre
- Identification of spare parts for repair and handling of orders for it
You will also be an integral part in the strive of making Azelio a world class organisation and preferred supplier within the renewable energy sector.
- Ensure work is conducted in accordance with the company's quality, environment and safety system (HSEQ)
- Ensure that changes and deviations are dealt with according to company guidelines
- Participate in the continuous development of the company's processes, systems and infrastructure.
You will be based in our office in Gothenburg or Åmål and report to Manager Aftermarket Services.
Your profile
You have experience from a similar role and position and a great interest of working with people in an international environment, interacting with all stakeholders and creating a positive and productive work environment.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience from working with international customers, partners
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Team player with a strong drive and a positive attitude
- Committed, self-starting, taking responsibility
- HSE focus – no harm to people, property or the environment
- Good computer and documentation skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written). Additional language skills are considered a plus
