About the Role :
You will be part of our Service Center
You will help & guide our customers.
You will be engaged in different internal improvement work with our Service Operations team.
Challenging troubleshooting will be a big part of your work.
Implementation of customer requests.
Close collaboration with our Technology & Service teams.
Working from home or working remote is an option.


Requirements/ Must have:
Primary skill around Linux servers.
Experienced in using Windows servers.
Basic networking skills are needed.
Good in knowledge sharing and documentation.
Able to work independently & in teams.
Basic understanding of ITIL framework.
Preferably you have experience from customer support work.
Communication in a professional & clear manner in Swedish (fluent) & English is required.


Good to have:
Experience with OpenStack, Ceph and infrastructure operations
Experience with Container management (Docker, Kubernetes, LXC)
Knowledge of working with ITIL Processes and Agile methodologies.

What we offer:
Full-time position with 6-months probationary period.
Leave Policy : 6 weeks vacation.
Remote work : Work from anywhere in the EU, and whenever you want, as long as you're working 40 hours a week in 5 days.

Type of Employment: Full time position.
If you live in Sweden or Germany, you would be directly employed by Cleura or our German subsidiary.
If you live in any country other than Sweden or Germany (but within EU), we will enter into a contractor agreement as applicable to the legal situation in your country. If a contractor agreement doesn't suit you, we'll work with our group for possible alternative locations
Salary and compensation will be negotiated during the interview process.
