For our Customer Service Team Nordics, we are now looking for a Technical Support Engineer to fill an important role providing technical expertise and solutions for our customers and sales. At Emerson in the Nordics, you will work with an experienced and competent team.
The tasks include supporting our sales engineers with technical solutions and make joint visits. You will also give direct support to our customers and give product training internally and externally.

Find products and solutions for different applications
Answer technical requests
Handle technical claims
Plan and perform product trainings
Joint customer visits with sales engineers
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you are passionate about technology and customer needs.
Needed education at least a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar with several years of experience in Pneumatics and/or Fluid technology.
You have experience in products and applications in this area and can offer solutions that meet customers’ expectations.
We believe that you have a strong customer focus and always have customers best interest at heart.
Ability to gain insight into customer needs and identify opportunities and solutions that benefit the customer.
In this position it is important to handle sometimes complicated questions and clarify contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations.
You easily learn and adopt new technologies.
You have a positive attitude and don’t give up easily under pressure and grow from hardships and challenges.
As we work in an international environment you need to be fluent in both verbal and written Swedish and English. An additional Nordic language is a plus.
Additional Information
This position is located at one of our offices in Sweden with the possibility to work from home up to 3 days a week. You will be working from any of our offices in Sweden in either Gothenburg, Malmö, Stockholm, Karlstad or Linköping.
