Technical Support Engineer

About the team:
You will be a part of customer engagement team which has 12 members & you will work as customer facing engineer who can support and guide our customers into the future of cloud network solutions & support our prioritised customer. Role :
You will be part of our Service Center.
You will help & guide our customers.
You will be engaged in different internal improvement work with our Customer Engagement team.
Challenging troubleshooting will be a big part of your work.
Implementation of customer requests.
Be a part of our customer teams.
Close collaboration with Technology & Service team.
Working from home or working remote is an option.

Requirements:
Primary skill around Linux servers.
Experienced in using Windows servers.
Basic networking skills are needed.
Good in knowledge sharing and documentation.
Able to work independently & in teams.
Basic understanding of ITIL framework.
Preferably you have experience from customer support work.
Communication in a professional & clear manner in Swedish (fluent) & English is required.

Here are the skills we can teach you if you already don't have them
Operations/deployment experience on the OpenStack platform.
Understanding of platform automation with things like Heat, Terraform and Ansible.

Personal Qualities:
• Genuinely interested in new technologies.
• Well-organised and structured.
• Accustomed to playing on a team.
What we offer:
Full-time position with 6-months probationary period.
Leave Policy : 6 weeks vacation.
Remote work : We are flexible in regard to your work place & allow you to choose for yourself. You can select remote work if you are located within the EU, or join one of our offices in Karlskrona / Stockholm.
