Technical support engineer within Infrastructure Design and Construction

Trimble Solutions in Sweden & Norway are now looking for a technically skilled and enthusiastic colleague to help our customers to succeed with the transformation to a fully digital workflow - transforming the way the world works.
We are looking for an engineer (BSc or MSc) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing roads or railways. The focus for this position is technical support for our customers in addition to project support and training.
We believe you will love this job, if you like to solve problems, and help others. We hope to find a curious person that likes to dig deep into details, understanding the software and the customers' challenges.

Responsibilities:
Customer support by phone, e-mail and remote access
Be a technical advisor on Civil Engineering Software and services for existing and new customers both in field and in house support
Help customers digging into technical challenges and solving them together
Perform software testing
Creating FAQ’s, best practice videos and descriptions to help our customers
Software online training and classroom training
Project support



Qualifications:
BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering
Service mindedness and a genuine interest to help others to succeed
Fluent communications skills in Norwegian or Swedish and English (written and verbal) is required
Ability to learn and adapt fast to changes and new environments
Organized and analytical
Road or Rail design experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Desktop products.
Experience with Trimble software like Novapoint and Quadri is required
