The Job.

For Philips, one of the largest electronics companies in the world, you will:
- Provide professional customer service solutions - both B2B and B2C - over the phone, live chat and emails
- Provide Philips Product support and advices
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Guarantee clients satisfaction and high level of quality 
- Ensure and participate in the success of the department

The Profile.

- You are a native German speaker with fluent English
- You are tech-savvy, with good troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience in technical support is an advantage
- You are professional and friendly with empathy and the ability to multitask 
- You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills

 The Offer.

- A full-time job, 40 hours a week
- Salary: 14 salaries per year x 1300€ gross per month + up to 200€ performance-related bonus per month + 130€ gross per month in meal vouchers (for the first working year only)
- Accomodation Allowances: 300€ gross per month (for the first working year only)
- Schedule: day-time rotating shifts between Monday and Saturday: 9 am to 11 pm, on Sundays: 9 am to 9 pm
