We are looking for a Technical Support for Home Appliances to our exciting client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity, a 1-year contract starting ASAP with the possibility for an extension.

Job Description: Samsung is now expanding their Nordic service organization and is now looking for an engaged and dedicated Technical Supporter to support our Home Appliance Division. The Customer Satisfaction organization is a strategic part of Samsung's business and responsible for ensuring and improving the service of electronic products sold in the Nordic region. In the position as Technical Supporter, your main responsibility will be to work with tickets from our Call Center for Home Appliance products in the Nordics.  You will be reporting to the Nordic CE Service Manager located in Kista, Sweden but can work from any of the Nordic offices (Sweden, Norway, Denmark).

You will work with: 

Answering Support tickets from B2C Call Center agents regarding Home Appliance products like for example Washing Machines, Dryers, Cooling and Built in products. 
Reviewing tickets and instruct our Call Center agents on the right way to handle the requests. 
Required Experience: Technical degree preferred, alternatively good track record
Experience from working with service and support of Home Appliances.  
Good knowledge and understanding of both software and hardware of modern Home Appliance products. 
Your Profile:       For this role we are looking for a person with a genuine interest in consumer electronics and after-sales. You should be end-customer oriented and responsive to their business issues. To be successful you also need to be energetic and self-propelled with a short learning curve and the ability to find new solutions to complex problems. You should also be someone who appreciates a high tempo and constant change. Other than this we alse see that you are/have:

Good priority skills and judgment of situation urgency
Short learning curve and ability to adapt and take initiative in unfamiliar situations
Analytical with ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach
Exceptional ability in structured problem solving and innovative out of the box thinking 
Exceptional ability to take initiative, drive tasks and daily operations self-propelled
Exceptional service mind towards internal stakeholderns, partners and end-customers
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills in English, knowledge of Nordic language a bonus
