Sandvik Mining and Construction in Svedala, Sweden is looking for Technical Support - Mobile Units Description Sandvik Rock Processing in Svedala is part of Sandvik Mining and Construction.We are one of the leading manufacturers of capital equipment in the mining and construction business.Our Sandvik product range includes crushers, screens, feeders, mobile crushers and screening stations.Now we are looking for a Technical Support to our Mobile Units. Key performance areas As Technical Support your main responsibilities will be to develop product specific technical support for the sales regions and assist with technical related enquiries and issues.More specifically you will: - Gather all information about all the mobile units.At present 4 different suppliers, 2 internal and 2 external.- Secure the availability of key components for the markets to keep the units operating.- Participate in the development of manuals and documentation and their level of details, i.e what is our offering.- Participate in product development projects.- Generate "recommended spare" documentation - Create and develop service kits and offerings together with the markets, focusing on mobile crushing and screening. Your profile The ideal candidate has a technical degree from university and/or have gathered corresponding knowledge in another way.The job entails interpersonal and communication skills along with administrative experience and a great capacity to work in a structured way.You are fluent in English, other languages as well as knowledge in System21 are considered as additional qualifications.
