The Electric Category has had a very strong growth in the past years and is expected to continue to grow. New products and new markets are continuously added.
Within Product Quality department we are now seeking another Technical Support and Preventive specialist. A challenge if you want to work with new and exciting products, such as robotic lawnmowers and battery powered chain saws and trimmers!

The primary focus of this position is to be the main contact with service organisation and dealers, supporting them to solve product related issues. Another important focus is to feed back the identified issues into new development projects as well as report and prioritize product improvements on existing platforms.

Job description:
- Develop Technical documentation and Service Bulletins
- Develop presentation material for training of service personnel
- Carry out training of service personnel
- Visit key customers on a regular basis and participate in quality performance reviews
- Be the main contact for product related problems and to actively collect, review and prioritize product related quality problems identified by customers via the Sales and Service Organisation
- Participate in Quality related work-packages of Husqvarna Product Creation Process and take responsibility for Product Quality deliverables

Din profil

Required Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
3 or more years of engineering, quality or after sales experience in a high-volume JIT manufacturing environment.
Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written.

Desired Qualifications:
- Software or hardware development
- Experience from automotive industry
- Six Sigma Belt certification
- German and French language skills
- Teaching skills
- 8D skills

Required skills and capabilities:
-Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and oral/written communication skills, ability to persuade people.
-Ability to speak freely in front of medium size audiences
-Highly organized and ability to manage several projects
-High degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes and JIT.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Holistic system understanding for the interaction of mechanics – electronics - software
-Basic Knowledge in quality planning tools like FMEA
-Strong personal computer skills, to include but not limited to: Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
-Ability to travel as required to domestic and international locations 20-30 days/year.
-Good understanding and ability to solve conflicts
