We are now looking for a new colleague as we are expanding our Technical Support team in Jönköping! Are you the one?
About the position
As Technical Support/Product Specialist you are responsible for helping our sales organizations and partners with questions about our different solutions, problems out in the field and installation issues. You assist our sales organization and partners with software integration and products advice. Other examples of your tasks:
Mechanical and software troubleshooting
Help the product owner with e.g., certifications and testing of the product
Participate in various projects
Support the organization in collecting information for future product development, by providing input from the technical installation teams
Internal education for our technical support team and external education for ITAB and partners
You will be part of a team consisting of five members, reporting to our Technical Support Center Manager. You will be placed at our office in Jönköping.
Who you are
We see that you have the following qualifications:
Education on university level, or equivalent skills in engineering/IT
5 years work experience or equivalent competence in development and/or operations and support
You are used to work in English, both speaking and in writing
Linux knowledge is meritorious.
We are looking for a person who has a technical interest, are experienced in software architecture, and has an understanding for the whole technical process, both software and mechanical. You are a social and communicative person, as you will be involved with many contacts in this role. It is important that you can cooperate and build relations with people and with a clear communication build a high understanding of your own role and the customer’s concept.
We believe that you are able to trouble-shoot; you are passionate about problem solution. You like to work in a structured manner, and you organize and prioritize your work in an efficient way to meet deadlines. Together with your team you work in line with ITABs way of working: ACT - Think Ahead, Think Consumer, Think Together.
