Your responsibilities
Your main task will be to give technical support for customers needs and challenges
Analyzing the case and finding the root cause of the problem reported by the customer
Providing guidance and take ownership to create solutions
Coordinating with other functions like R&D, Application team, Failure analysis team, After Sales Service team
Making sure that all reported cases are well handled in a professional way
Building relations and providing reliable customer technical service
Possibility to take on a team leader role to engage and drive both short- and long term development for the team
Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business
Your background
We are looking for you who are a engaged, structured and service-minded person
You have good communication skills and the wish to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment with people from various backgrounds
You enjoy having responsibility, striving to overcome challenges, be creative and take initiatives
You hold a university degree in Engineering
To succeed in this role you have preferably working experience from; Control & Protection Relays, Substation Automation commissioning and Power Systems
Knowledge about Relion 600 Inteligent Electronic Device (IED) and engineering tool PCM600
Preferably familiar with Substation Automation Protocols like 61850, Modbus, DNP3 and 103 and in secondary injection testing
If you have experience and interest of team management and leadership it is a merit
As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, fluent in English is required
