We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Service team located in the Hasselblad headquarter in Gothenburg. For this role, we are expecting you to take care of various technical support related tasks within the Service Department. You are practical, good at managing stress, want to be a part of our team in a long-term perspective and have very strong coordination abilities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical and service support to Hasselblad partners and customers.
Take ownership of requests / problems and follow through to resolution.
Ensure KPI's / SLA's are achieved.
Accurately report data relating to the technical support department when requested.
Ensure replacement policies are followed.
Handle complaints on behalf of the business.
Flag issues relating to product quality and service with senior management.
Forward product feedback.
Test beta releases and prototype products.
Assist service policy.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English (written / spoken)
Experience working in a customer service environment
Good interpersonal skills.
Photography experience is preferred
