What will you do?
As a Technical Support Specialist at Open Payments, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our products and services. Together with our Integration Manager you will be responsible for customer integration from start to finish including:
- Responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions promptly.
- Educating clients on product features and functionality.
- Collaborating with the development team to resolve complex technical problems.
- Documenting and maintaining support cases, ensuring accurate records.
- Identifying opportunities for product and process improvement based on client feedback.
Who are you?
You have a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team. Your qualifications include:
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Technical proficiency with a can-do attitude.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
- An upper secondary school or bachelor's degree from Business, IT or similar.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and scaling environment.
